A clean, predictable install — start to finish
1. Tell us what needs hanging
Open the assistant on any page or call 305-360-0342. Describe the fixture, the ceiling height, and the room. Photos help but are not required.
2. Free estimate, no guesswork
We quote based on access, wiring, and how many pieces you want handled. Bundle several fixtures into one visit and the per-item cost drops.
3. Confirmed arrival window
You get a scheduled window with a text reminder. For condos we coordinate COI, elevator, and building work hours before the day of service.
4. Protected work area
Drop cloths on floors and furniture, power confirmed off at the breaker, and a tidy staging zone for hardware and packaging.
5. Installed, leveled, tested
Fan-rated support verified, anchors sized to the load, fixtures laser-leveled, controls and dimmers tested, smart devices connected to your network.
6. Clean-up and walkthrough
Dust vacuumed, old fixtures and boxes hauled away, and a quick walkthrough so you can operate everything before we leave.
What we ask of you
- Have the fixture and its hardware on site if you purchased it.
- Clear the floor under the work area and move fragile décor.
- Let us know about pets, gate codes, and parking or elevator rules.
- Point out any breaker panel quirks or previously flickering circuits.
