Straight answers before you book
Do you replace a ceiling fan in a two-story foyer or on a high ceiling?
Yes. High-ceiling foyers, stairwells, and great rooms are routine work for us. We bring the right ladders and hardware, verify the box is fan-rated, and set downrod length so the fan clears the space and hangs level.
Can you install a fixture where there is no existing box or wiring?
We install into existing boxes and replace like-for-like every day. If a location has no box or the circuit needs to be extended, we tell you up front and coordinate a licensed electrician for that portion so the work stays correct and permitted.
Will my new shelves or mirror hold on a concrete or block wall?
Yes. Most South Florida homes and condos are block or poured concrete. We use masonry bits and rated anchors sized to the load, and we laser-level multi-piece layouts so shelves and gallery walls line up.
Do you work in condo buildings with COI requirements?
Regularly. Many Miami-Dade and Broward associations require a certificate of insurance and a work-hours window. Tell us the building when you book and we handle the paperwork with management before we arrive.
How much does a ceiling fan or light fixture installation cost?
Pricing depends on ceiling height, access, whether wiring already exists, and how many pieces you want handled in one visit. Bundling several fixtures in a single appointment is almost always cheaper than separate trips. Ask the assistant or call 305-360-0342 for a free estimate.
Should I buy the fixture, or do you supply it?
Either works. Most customers buy the fan, chandelier, or shelving they love and we install it. If you would rather we source it, describe the look and we will suggest options that fit the space and your budget.
How soon can you come out?
We usually have same-week availability across Miami-Dade and Broward, and we often fit small single-fixture jobs in sooner. Start with the assistant on this page or call 305-360-0342.
Do you clean up and take the old fixture away?
Yes. We drop cloths on floors and furniture, vacuum drywall dust, and haul away the old fan or fixture and packaging unless you want to keep it.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?
We carry general liability insurance and stand behind our labor. If a fixture we installed shifts, wobbles, or a control stops behaving, call us and we come back to make it right.
Can you smart-enable my lighting without rewiring the house?
In most cases yes. Smart switches, dimmers, and Wi-Fi fixture controls install into existing boxes. We verify neutral availability, install the device, connect it to your network, and show you how to use the app before we leave.
