Project 1

Ceiling fan replacement — Kendall, Miami-Dade

A 1990s brass fan with warped wood blades swapped for a quiet brushed-nickel fan with integrated LED and remote control. Fan-rated box confirmed and bracing added.

Project 2

Dining chandelier upgrade — Coral Gables

Bare dome fixture and rusted pan removed, ceiling support reinforced, and a crystal-and-brass chandelier hung centered over the table with a dimmer added.

Project 3

Smart dimmer conversion — Fort Lauderdale, Broward

Yellowed toggle switches replaced with modern smart dimmers, neutral verified, paired to the homeowner's app, and scenes set for evening and away modes.

Project 4

Floating shelf wall — Pembroke Pines

Blank bedroom wall turned into laser-leveled floating oak shelving, anchored into block with rated hardware for books, plants, and frames.

Project 5

Vanity mirror & light bar — Aventura condo

Cracked mirror and dated sconce removed, wall patched, then a large mirror and modern LED light bar mounted level with the vanity centerline.
